Needing a beginner crochet pattern that is easy enough for your very first crochet project?
The Beginner Towel Topper is the perfect, small sized first crochet project.
DESCRIPTION
The Beginner Towel Topper takes a modern spin on a classic crochet pattern. The Towel Holder is great for a beginner, functional, and most importantly cute.
A full video tutorial is included (scroll to the bottom), so if you feel intimidated by the design, don’t!
The towel holder is made using chains and single crochets in rows and then the rings are sewn on after.
For this crochet pattern, I used #4 worsted cotton yarn. I chose Lion Brand Yarn “Pima Cotton”because of the beautiful colors available.
The colors I used in the pictures are “Mineral Yellow”, “Ecru”, and “Spice”.
I would recommend sticking to a cotton yarn for these towel toppers. The cotton will hold its shape better and will wash better than some other fibers.
