Did you see my post on the FREE Freedom Crochet Pillow? Then why not make the accompanying 1776 Pillow and USA Stars Pillow?

I always love to add some crochet home decor touches throughout my house, and I realized this year that I didn’t have much summer crochet decor! I quickly made these beginner friendly crochet patterns to help me get in the mood for the 4th of July.
To make these pillows, you will need-
MATERIALS
Worsted weight 4 yarn – I Love this Yarn
GAUGE
15 sc sts = 4”
18 rows = 4”
LEVEL
Experienced Beginner
NOTES
The ch 1 does not count as a st.
There are a charts to follow if you prefer to follow a chart rather than written instructions. You can purchase the 1776 pattern here & the USA Stars pattern here.
You need to be familiar with how to change colors using the “yarn under technique”. If unsure how, see this video on tapestry crochet.
You can carry the non-dominant color along when using the new color or you can make separate bobbins for each color. If carrying the color, gently tug the non-dominant color to minimize show-through and make sure to carry your non-dominant color on the WS.
For the free pattern tutorials, you can view the 1776 Pillow & USA Stars Pillow crochet patterns here.

If you are interested in the three pillow PDF bundle set that includes charts for all three patterns, you can buy the bundle (my shop & Etsy).
